• A deposit of 50% of total cost is due within 2 weeks of booking. Payment in full to be
delivered upon or before arrival.
• If your group cancels a trip within 30 days of your reservation and we are not able to replace
your dates with another group, you are subject to losing the 50% down payment of your
package. Additionally fees to reverse payment will be absorded by the client.
• No shows result in a total loss of your payment without any refund.
• If travel documents are outdated and cause you to miss you fishing trip you are subject to full payment.
• All refunds have 1 year from the date of the agreed fishing trip to process.
• If there is ever a cancelation at the last minute, please do contact us and we will work it out.

We recommend tipping your boat $100 per day, but if you feel they’ve gone above and
beyond then the sky’s the limit!
•Lodge Staff
For the house staff we suggest $10-20, per day. This includes maid services and
laundry service as well as your chef.
* These are suggestions. Gratuities are personal and up to your discretion, but please keep
in mind that the entire staff works hard to make your stay exceptional and relay on your
thanks as part of their income.
